Can I return an item?
If you received a damaged item or we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Items returned for any other reason must be either unopened or in their original condition, and must be returned within 30 days at your own expense. Upon receiving the item(s), we will refund you the cost of the items and any applicable shipping charges from your original order.

How can I place my order?
On the "Checkout" page, there are several options for placing your order. You may submit your order and payment online, request to be billed, or even complete an order form that you can use to place your order by mail, phone, or fax.
What if an item is backordered?
We attempt to have every item listed in our catalog available for immediate shipment. However, in some cases an item is being reprinted or is on order from the publisher. If we believe the item(s) will be available in one week or less, we may hold your order until all of the items are available. Otherwise, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately, and ship the backordered item at no additional charge when it becomes available.
What if I have a sales tax exemption?
If you have a PA sales tax exemption, please let us know when placing your order (you can use the "comments" field if ordering online). We will provide you with a form to complete and return before your next order. Once we receive the completed form, we will mark your accoutnt as tax-exempt. How will my order be shipped?
Unless you select a specific shipping method, we choose the most effective and economical services available to us. All orders shipped within the USA are shipped via either FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. The default shipping method for international orders is the U.S. Postal Service. If you have a shipping preference (or a deadline), note that you can select upgraded levels of shipping during the checkout process.
What are your shipping charges?
Here is our shipping chart. Notice that ALL ORDERS, regardless of size, ship for just $4 in the USA.
What if the actual shipping varies from the chart?
Our shipping charts have been very carefully designed to give you the best possible value, while accounting for ever-increasing shipping costs. They are usually very accurate for orders up to at least $200. Occasionally on larger orders shipped outside of the U.S., the actual shipping cost may be significantly lower than the chart. In those cases we will adjust your shipping charge accordingly and issue a refund if applicable.
When will my items be shipped?
Most orders for in-stock items are shipped within two days. Rush orders (orders with upgraded shipping) ship within one business day (same business day if ordered before 1 PM ET). If your order contains an item which will take longer than a week for us to have in stock, we will ship the rest of your order and backorder the delayed item(s).
