A Rosebud
Within this tiny bud there sleeps
A wealth of beauty tightly curled,
Waiting upon the sun's warm kiss
To blossom forth into the world.
One's wonderment will never cease
That God could make a thing so small,
A miracle of perfect grace
To hold a token of His love
In perfumed petals' sweet embrace.
