Peace
"These things I have spoken unto you, that in Me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world" (John 16:33).
MESSAGE OVERVIEW
Peace is a vision that is yearned for, sought for, and even fought for, but is as elusive as the pot of gold at the rainbow's end. Striving to win peace makes men not peaceful, but rather zealous warriors for life; valiantly struggling, yet doomed to defeat in the hopeless battle. Oh the sorrow of these futile efforts—the sadness of a life spend in pursuit of the peace that is never gained. Can it be found? Where? And how? Why should it be as a deceptive mirage, beckoning the weary traveler only to leave him bitterly dissilusioned. Listen to this message for the answers to these questions.
